Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Once your order is neatly packaged and ready for shipping, we will send you a link via email to track your package.

RETURN POLICY

Requiring that most products are created with immense detail or delicate materials, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted at this time.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    Visa, Mastercard, Discover Cards, American Express, and Paypal Payment plan services such as Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm are not available at this time.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    A set shipping rate is automatically calculated at checkout. The cost is determined by the type of product being sent. However, all orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
  • What do I do if I never received my order or my order is defective?
    If your order has been missing beyond the estimated arrival period or received your order damaged, please email us at ruthiemaecreations@gmail.com for further assistance.
  • What if I provided the wrong delivery address?
    If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
  • Where are you located?
    We might be an online-focused team, but we’re proud to call Atlanta, Georgia our home!
  • Do you accept commissioned projects?
    Limited applications are now available. Only 10 Submissions will be accepted per month. Pieces under 24x36 usually take up to a week to complete. Anything larger, just let me know and we'll talk more about your project. For more information, head over to our CREATIVE SERVICES page.
